Welcome to BRAVAFIT, the fitness branch of Studio Brava—where movement, strength, and balance come together. Our group fitness classes are designed for all ages and levels, combining expert instruction with a motivating community atmosphere.

BRAVA ALIGN is a full-body Pilates Reformer workout designed to help you build long, lean muscles, enhance postural alignment, and strengthen your core from the inside out. Through slow, controlled movements and precise cues, this class delivers deep, effective results without high impact. 

BRAVA ALIGN

    • A 45-minute flow on the Pilates Reformer machine

    • Focus on core activation, postural strength, hip and shoulder mobility, and full-body sculpting

    • Movements that challenge strength and flexibility while encouraging mindful awareness and body control

    • Comfortable fitness attire allows free movement

    • Grip socks are required for safety and traction on the machine

    • Water bottle to stay hydrated

    • Towel for comfort and support

  • Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, this class is designed to meet you where you are. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout to suit your level and goals.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so the instructor can introduce you to the Reformer machine, explain key safety points, and ensure you’re set up for success.

Get ready to sweat, smile, and ride to the rhythm in this energizing indoor cycling class! Set to uplifting, beat-driven music, each ride takes you on a journey through flat roads, challenging hill climbs, and fast-paced sprints — all designed to match the tempo and keep you motivated from start to finish.

BRAVA RIDE

    • A mix of endurance, lower body strength, and power-building intervals

    • Coaching and music that push you while letting you ride at your own pace if needed

    • A full-body cardio workout that leaves you energised and accomplished

    • Comfortable fitness attire

    • Water bottle to stay hydrated

    • Towel - trust us, you’ll need it! 

    • Cycling shoes with Shimano cleats are recommended to improve power and connection to the bike but not required - our bikes come with toe cages for athletic shoes.

  • Wether you’re a first-time rider or a cycling pro, this class is accessible for everyone. You control your resistance and intensity, making each ride your own.

  •  Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for a smooth intro to the bike setup and safety guidelines.

Power. Endurance. Results. BRAVA STRONG – STRONG & SWEAT is a high-intensity, 10-station circuit training experience that pushes you to your limits. Using a variety of equipment and training styles, this class builds strength, improves agility, and maximizes calorie burn — all in one sweaty, powerful session. Every round is different, keeping your body guessing and your mind engaged.

BRAVA STRONG

    • 5 minutes of dynamic warm-up to activate muscles and prep your body

    • 35 minutes of circuit training rotating through stations (number of stations will change) using different equipment

    • 5 minutes of core-focused training to finish strong

    • 5 minutes of cooldown/stretching to restore mobility and promote recovery

    • Comfortable fitness attire

    • Water bottle to stay hydrated

    • Towel for sweat and comfort

    • Cycling shoes are not required as bikes have toe cages and can be used with sneakers

  • Whether you’re new to circuit training or looking to push your athletic edge, this class is designed to meet you where you are. Each station has options to modify or level up, ensuring everyone gets the right balance of challenge and success.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early. Our team will walk you through equipment setup, class flow, and safety guidelines so you feel confident before jumping into the circuit.

Strength. Stability. Stamina. BRAVA FUSION - RIDE, BALANCE & LIFT is a dynamic, full-body circuit designed to push your limits and keep your energy high. You’ll move through three powerful training formats – Indoor Cycling, Balance Training, and Resistance Work – before finishing with a restorative stretch. This well-rounded session builds endurance, sharpens balance, and develops lean strength.

BRAVA FUSION

    • 15 minutes of Indoor Cycling to fire up your legs, elevate your heart rate, and boost endurances

    • 15 minutes on the Balance Board to elevate your core and cardio, using the board’s wobbling effect to activate deeper muscles and improve balance

    • 15 minutes of Resistance Training using weights, bands, or bodyweight to build total-body strength and definition

    • 5 minutes of Stretching to release tension, improve mobility, and reset your body

    • Comfortable fitness attire

    • Water bottle to stay hydrated

    • Towel for sweat and support

    • Practice is done barefoot or with grip socks on Balance Board - no shoes needed

    • Cycling shoes for better experience but not required - sneakers is ok as bikes have toe cages

  • Whether you’re just starting out or are a fitness enthusiast, this class meets you at your level. Each station includes guided instruction with options to modify or intensify based on your goals.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Eric, the inventor of the Balance Board, will walk you through board safety and setup, and our team will guide you through the flow of the circuit for a confident and effective experience.

I had a blast at BravaFit Fusion and I’m excited to explore all the other classes this studio offers. Loved the variety of having 15 mins at three different stations. I felt like the class flew by before I even knew it!

The class was very refreshing. Eric paced the workout very nicely. You feel the burn but it’s still doable. Eric was wonderful in the way he kept the energy up and made sure everyone was doing it well. The space itself is very cozy and nice.

    • Gentle, guided stretches for the whole body

    • Mobility and alignment exercises to reduce stiffness and improve posture

    • A calming atmosphere that supports both body and mind 

    • Comfortable clothing for seated or reclined meditation

    • Optional: Yoga mat, light blanket, or eye mask for added comfort

    • Water bottle to stay hydrated

  • Perfect for anyone who wants to release stress, enhance flexibility, and restore balance. Every move can be adapted to meet your body’s needs.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and create a quiet, comfortable space. Our instructor will gently introduce the format and make sure you're ready for a peaceful experience.

Balance. Strength. Control. Yoga & Pilates on Balance Board is a dynamic fusion of yoga and Pilates performed entirely on the B-BOARD®. YOGA & PILATES ON BALANCE BOARD

    • 45 minutes combining yoga flows and Pilates exercises designed to strengthen your back and core

    • Fluid, controlled movements to improve stability, posture, and flexibility while activating deep muscles

    • A calming, mindful meditation at the end of each class, done lying or seated on the B-BOARD®

    • The board’s gentle wobbling effect enhances relaxation — allowing you to imagine floating peacefully on water

    • Comfortable fitness or yoga attire

    • Water bottle to stay hydrated

    • Practice is barefoot or with grip socks (no shoes needed)

    • Yoga mat (optional for added cushioning under the board)

    • A light sweater or something warm to wear during the final meditation

  • Whether you’re new to yoga or Pilates or looking to take your practice to the next level, this class meets you where you are. Modifications and progressions are provided so everyone feels supported and challenged.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early. Our team will walk you through board setup, safety tips, and class flow to help you feel confident before stepping on the board.
