Cycling shoes with Shimano cleats are recommended to improve power and connection to the bike but not required - our bikes come with toe cages for athletic shoes.

Using a variety of equipment and training styles, this class builds strength, improves agility, and maximizes calorie burn — all in one sweaty, powerful session. Every round is different, keeping your body guessing and your mind engaged.

5 minutes of dynamic warm-up to activate muscles and prep your body
35 minutes of circuit training rotating through stations (number of stations will change) using different equipment
5 minutes of core-focused training to finish strong
5 minutes of cooldown/stretching to restore mobility and promote recovery

Strength. Stability. Stamina. BRAVA FUSION - RIDE, BALANCE & LIFT is a dynamic, full-body circuit designed to push your limits and keep your energy high. You’ll move through three powerful training formats – Indoor Cycling, Balance Training, and Resistance Work – before finishing with a restorative stretch. This well-rounded session builds endurance, sharpens balance, and develops lean strength.

15 minutes of Indoor Cycling to fire up your legs, elevate your heart rate, and boost endurances
15 minutes on the Balance Board to elevate your core and cardio, using the board’s wobbling effect to activate deeper muscles and improve balance
15 minutes of Resistance Training using weights, bands, or bodyweight to build total-body strength and definition
