🚴♀️ Brava Ride – Indoor Cycling
A low-impact, high-intensity cardio workout designed to improve lower body strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Ride to the rhythm of the music as you climb, sprint, and push your limits — all while protecting your joints.
What to bring: water, towel, and your best energy! Cycling shoes are not required, but they’ll enhance performance and pedal efficiency.

🏋️♀️ Brava Strong – Circuit Training
This full-body workout features 10 themed stations, each focusing on cardio, core, strength, or endurance. We use dynamic formats like Tabata (20 seconds of work / 10 seconds rest) or 40-20 intervals to keep intensity high and boredom low.
These timing methods are designed to boost metabolism, improve muscular endurance, and help you burn calories long after class ends. Every session feels different, but the results are consistent — stronger, faster, fitter.

⚡ Brava Fusion – Hybrid Workout
A creative blend of indoor cycling, balance board training, and core exercises. This class combines the best of cardio, stability, and strength in one seamless experience. You’ll feel the burn, find your balance, and leave feeling accomplished — body and mind aligned.
✨ 2. TONING: Define, Strengthen, and Sculpt
Our Toning group focuses on improving posture, building lean muscle, and enhancing functional strength. Perfect for those looking to sculpt and tone without high impact.

Designed to improve alignment, flexibility, and core strength, this class uses the Pilates Reformer for a precise and effective full-body workout. It’s ideal for those seeking controlled movements, better posture, and longer, leaner muscles.
🍑 Brava Sculpt – Legs, Glutes & Core
Focus on the areas that matter most — lower body and core. Through a mix of resistance training and functional moves, Brava Sculpt helps tone your glutes, legs, and abs while improving stability and mobility.
💪 Brava Core – Core Blast
A short and powerful session dedicated entirely to your core. Expect a variety of exercises that challenge your abs, obliques, and lower back, helping you build a strong and stable foundation for every other workout.
